1. All items purchased either during “Live Sales” or on regular days shall be processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days
2. All items purchased during our “Live Sales” are final and non-refundable EXCEPT in certain conditions – You can prove with a verifiable certificate of authenticity that the item sold and shipped is not an authentic product.
3. You want to swap (in which case, you pay for shipping and the difference between the two products. (Please note that this is, however, subject to availability, terms and condition).
4. All items purchased on regular days (i.e. not during our Instagram/TikTok “Live Sales”) have a 3days (72hrs) return policy provided such items have not been tampered with and are still in the exact condition it was shipped in.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.

Permit a minimum of 5 working days for qualified payment to be refunded to the same card with which you made the purchase. (Subject to Our bank’s ratification and terms and conditions)
