Is Deluxuryonlow a new business?
No, we are not a new business. We have been in existence for over 5yrs, operating as @4evauthenticbag on Poshmark and 2wiceasniceconsignment on eBay.
Why the change of name?
As a small business, we see the need to consolidate and rebrand for growth. Moreover, we did it to position ourselves to better serve our growing community. So, we chose a name that reflects what we represent as a brand which is offering you the very best of luxury product at the lowest price possible – DELUXURYONLOW
Are your bags authentic or knockoffs?
Not only do we ensure that we source our bags from reliable markets, we have dedicated staff who take all our bags through rigorous inspections to verify stitching, serial numbers, hardware’s etc. and in addition to all that manual scrutiny, we make sure every bag is verified and authenticated by the top leading authenticators with certificates to proof.
What is your return policy, can I return a product once supplied?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. We would encourage you to ensure the product meets your expectation before making the purchase and if still in doubt, kindly send a mail to info@deluxuryonlow.com.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days for any order to be processed and shipped.
Do you have a physical store or local pickup location?
We currently do not operate at a local location or pickup, all orders are processed and shipped directly to your shipping address.
How can I tell the item condition?
We take pictures that show all sides of our bags and in addition to that, we make sure our description of the product on our website captures the property of the bag, from size, color, material used and condition of the bag.
What method of payment do you accept?
For now, we only accept PayPal and CashApp. However, we are currently in talks with other payment gateways providers. As soon as we sign up more providers, those will be updated on the checkout page.
Do you offer payment plans?
We are currently working with our payment providers to see how we can enable payment plan. You can also visit the checkout page to confirm it we have updated our services to allow for payment plan.
